Payment
DROBE accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  For offline purchases we also accept check and cold cash.

Shipping and Delivery
Under normal conditions, orders are delivered within 30 days. Orders within the United States are sent via US postal service at a charge of $6.95 per shirt, tie or accessory, $9.95 per trouser, $14.95 per jacket and $19.95 per suit.

Local residents are free to pick up their orders at no cost. Please call first.

Rush Delivery
If you require your garments in a hurry, we can have them delivered in 14 days.  The cost to bring your order to the front of the line is $25 per shirt, $50 per trouser, $75 per jacket and $100 per suit.

Sales Tax
DROBE charges state, local and county taxes on online and offline transactions as required by the law.  CA tax is 9.25%.

Custom Monogram
The ultimate in personalization, add your actual signature to any garment.  Send us your autograph and we will have it stitched in the place of your preference.  $25 per garment.

Keep up with the life of your garments by adding the date to them.  The two digit month, two digit date and two digit year can be inconspicuously stitched in for $12 per garment.

Alterations and Repair
Should any garment require repair because of a mistake, contact us immediately.  We will make every attempt to correct a mistake even if it means remaking the entire garment.  Of course, without charge.

Should you require an alteration because of a change in size, contact us.  Our master tailors are accurate, fast and affordable.

Recycle
Return any DROBE garment with-a-history and receive a 25% credit toward the purchase of a new garment of equal or lesser value.  We all have to do our part.

Refunds
The fit and craftsmanship should be without flaw. Should a garment fail to perform for you, we will remake it. This said, we offer store credits, exchanges and a tireless effort to satisfy only.

Store credits and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase. Garments may not have been worn, damaged or laundered.
